24: What is the return policy?

We want everyone to love the Better Bedder® as much as we do! The return policy is below. To make a return, we ask that you let us know why you were unhappy with the Better Bedder so that we can continue to make improvements. Also, please check out our Reviews at the Better Business Bureau or on our Facebook page as this may help you decide if the Better Bedder® is what you need!

We have a 30-day money back guarantee. The Better Bedder will accept your return or exchange of unused, unwashed and defective merchandise by mail. Please note that if the returned Better Bedder® is damaged or soiled, you may not receive a refund. 

We will credit you for returns, accompanied by an original receipt, received within 30-days of the purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable. Unused and unwashed returns made more than 30-days after the purchase will be accepted for a merchandise credit or as a merchandise exchange. 
Clearance and custom-made merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
